This journey is all about choice. YOU get to choose what you want from your life. YOU get to choose the path you want to take to get there.
However... you might just want someone to say "do this, this and this... in that order...". That's what you'll find below!
Are you ready to challenge yourself? What if you made the commitment to yourself that for the next 21 days, you will set aside 15-30 minutes each day to explore a topic and use it? That doesn't sound that hard, right??
And if those few minutes get you excited and you want to jump ahead or shoot for extra credit- go for it! Investing in yourself always reaps rewards!
Week one
Let's get you going right away with calming your BODY.
Do a Reset Breath every hour, all day, for rest of the challenge.
Explore the power of combining BODY, MIND and SPIRIT.
Choose an area of your life. Consider how the three Tri-Vector aspects are showing up for it; what do you think about it, what's the vibration around it and what is physically happening with it?
Unravel your past experiences to create a better future!
Explore RECOGNIZE -> RECONCILE -> RESOLVE.
Choose an area of your life you want to improve. Use RRR on it. Choose a new topic and RRR it every day for the rest of the challenge.
Deepen your ability to calm and reset the BODY.
Add Quiet Touch to your Reset Breaths, and use RBQT when you do your daily RRR.
The foundation of it all... your free will ability to choose!
Choose an area of your life you'd like to examine, and identify the choices that led to this NOW moment. Combine with RBQT and RRR for maximum impact!
Our form has Density... but Clarity sounds nice... is Neutrality the sweet spot?
Explore DENSITY, CLARITY AND NEUTRALITY
Continue to use RBQT and RRR each day.
Do a Density Audit; consider where in your BODY, MIND and SPIRIT you're creating or allowing Density.
Make some Choices- is that item worth the Density? What Choice brings me closer to Neutrality?
Day 7 / integrate and celebrate!
You've shown up for yourself all week! Yay!
How do you feel? What is different? What tools have been most helpful? How will you integrate them into your daily life going forward?
Take note of these answers. It's never about perfection, instead, it's about progress. Allow yourself to savor the satisfaction that comes with progress!
Week Two
Do you pay attention to the vibrations around you?
At the end of each RBQT, use the PAUSE to check your own 18".
RBQT-18" was patented long ago because it's a formula that works!
Build the habit of feeling what is in your landscape, outside of your 18".
Try sitting in 3 different areas today, and spend 2 minutes feeling the vibrations that are around you; the ones outside of your 18".
Oh the stories we tell ourselves! The hold such power over how we see the past, and the vibrations we create for the future.
Explore THOUGHTS, WORDS, ACTIONS... AND THEIR VIBRATION AND VIEWPOINTS
Take an area of your life you wish to improve. Use RRR, and use <TWA> during the Reconcile step.
What was your last original thought? Do you seem to get ideas from... somewhere else? Would you like more of them?
Explore INTELLIGENCE, INTELLECT AND INTERPRETATION
Look at your own attitudes toward Intellect and Intelligence. Be honest with yourself about the balance you currently have, and determine what balance you want for yourself going foward.
Ever notice funkiness in your 18"? Ready to get rid of it??
When you're doing your RRR, maybe there are old vibrations you're ready to release. Use Clear Your 18" when you're Resolving.
Day 13 / celebrate and integrate!
You're over halfway there!!
Do you notice your body is more likely to be calm, or return to calm quickly? Is it easier to keep your mind and energy clear? If so, reflect on why that's happened. Take note of what has worked, and keep using it!
At this point, you have a lot of ingredients in your Wholly Human pantry. Try this recipe:

Recognize (RRR) something you'd like change in your life

Consider the Tri-Vector when using Resolve; using the principle of BODY/FORM, is there something you need to physically do to Resolve?
Oh, emotions! They cause such joy, such angst... and add such color to life! Have you ever considered what's happening from a vibrational perspective?
Explore EMOTIONS AND VIBRATION
Identify the Emotion that is your biggest cause of Dense vibrations, we'll call it a Dense Emotion. For a lot of people, it's frustration (anger), anxiety (fear) or depression (sadness).
Use Clear Your 18" on your Dense Emotion three times a day for the rest of this challenge. It doesn't have to take long, 30 seconds - 5 minutes is a common range - just long enough to direct that powerful mind of yours to acknowledge "hey, I'm tired of carrying this around and/or attracting it to myself, I choose to let it go now".
You'll be surprised by how quickly the BODY and MIND will catch up when you have made this important alignment Choice.
Week Three
You're walking around inside of the most premium organic technology on earth. How do you view it?
Consider how you're enabling - or preventing - Skin Suit functionality.
Choose one thing that you ingest, to add or reduce. For example, adding a trace minerals to your water each day, or reducing your use of soaps containing microplastics.
Choose one thing to add or change with your movement. For example, add a walk around the block each day, or choose to stand while talking on the phone.
If your vibration creates resonance, and therefore aligns you with the things you attract to yourself... how purposeful are you with the vibrations you broadcast?
A lot of this challenge so far has been in the realm of cleanup. It is indeed easier to align with what you want if you have made space for it by cleaning up what you don't want. You have likely gained some progress towards cleaning up your old beliefs, stories and energy...
Now it's time to start layering in maximizing what you do want.
Choose one area of your life that you want to maximize.
At the end of your RBQT-18", when you PAUSE, add Calibrate in Your 18" in regards to your chosen area. While you could do this for all areas... and eventually will... give conscious focus to one for now.
Use Calibrate Your 18" on the same topic three times a day for the rest of the challenge. It shouldn't take long, and the more you do it, the faster the alignment comes!
It's sometimes easy to get caught up in the duality and polarization that surrounds us, even when it comes to our own Choices.
The Ping Pong Ball was designed to help you see a new way to look at an existing decision. If you are trying to make a decision, use The Ping Pong Ball on it to look for another Viewpoint.
If you aren't in the middle of a decision, think of point of disagreement between yourself and someone else. Use the Ping Pong Ball to examine "their side" and use both "sides" or "extremes" to look for another Viewpoint.
Do you know who you came here to be? Is that consistently who you present yourself to be?
Explore PERSONALITY AND PERSONAS
Identify 3 of your commonly used Personas. Remember, Personas aren't "bad", they don't make you "fake"- each one is simply a version of yourself you present to the world at a given time.
Identify 5 behaviors associated with each Persona.
Compare your Personas. See what behaviors they have in common, how they differ.
Consider which behaviors align with who you came here to be. Give yourself permission to be that person.
Consider which behaviors don't align with who you came here to be. Use RRR to gain perspective on how and why you developed them.
Day 19 / celebrate and integrate!

Many look for something we can do to "light up humanity" or "make the earth a better place". What if it was as simple as "keep your vibration as strong as possible and enjoy your opportunity to be here?".
Consider how you can align with your true soul Personality and your Source just 1% more each day. What do you think would improve for you if you made it that simple?
