Recognize -> Reconcile -> Resolve:
Your Key to Unraveling Your Past and Present

Guide Me Through Using RRR!
This video is meant to walk you through using the concept of Recognize -> Reconcile -> Resolve.
You might want to skim through the information below before you dive in...

Your master tool for all of the concepts and techniques in the Wholly Human Experience is right here with the Three R’s: Recognize, Reconcile and Resolve.
This tool helps you examine things that are going on in your present and unravel events and patterns from your past. Using R -> R -> R about the present and past reconciles your vibration and clears the way for new experiences in your future.
So how does it work? At any point, you might notice that “something feels off” or “is different”. We often call that an anomaly, which is a weird word with a perfect definition; something different, abnormal, peculiar or not easily classified.
This is a helpful mindset to use when approaching an anomaly; simply recognize something feels different. It doesn’t have to be good/bad, right/wrong, positive/negative- it’s just an irregularity that you can choose to examine.
That leads us to our first step: Recognize.
-
Recognize might have two parts; noticing something is different, then also zooming in to figure out what it is.
-
As an example, let’s say you got chills, so you noticed something is different. That in itself is a good Recognition point- but what created that sensation? In this example, by asking yourself where the chills came from, you might see that you felt that physical sensation because you feel vulnerable.
-
Once you Recognize an anomaly, you basically have two choices- you can ignore it or you can explore it.
-
While either choice can be valid in many situations… what we looked at anomalies as Divine Intelligence trying to get our attention?
-
Let’s say you were in a noisy room and trying to get a friend’s attention. You said their name and they didn’t hear you. What would you do next? Say it louder? Wave your hand? Jump up and down on a table to be noticed? Of course, this is a silly example... but with a serious point...
-
What if part of our job here is to notice anomalies and use our Intellect and Intelligence to decode them? What if when something is important for us to see, Divine Intelligence has to try harder and harder to get our attention? Seems like that just prolongs the experience...
-
Of course, there's also the possibility that an anomaly in our landscape is nothing we need to address... but if you haven't trained yourself to Recognize anomalies, you'll likely have a harder time sorting out which anomalies need to be Reconciled by you, and which do not.
Now let's Reconcile.
-
After you Recognize an anomaly and decide it is yours to address, you can choose to explore it; Reconcile it.
-
Reconcile is also a weird word with a perfect definition; to make consistent (resonate) or to check against something else for accuracy. When accountants Reconcile an account, they take all the receipts and invoices and make sure everything matches and balances out to zero.
-
Bringing together these definitions and applying them toward what you do with Reconcile… take whatever is “off” in your world, examine it, peel back the layers, go as deep as you can go to find the root.
-
Many people use the information in Thoughts, Words and Actions, Personality and Personas or the Ping Pong Ball as methods to Reconcile.
-
While Reconcile might sound like a lengthy process, it can actually go very fast. The more you train yourself to Reconcile the anomalies you find, the faster and more automatic it becomes.
Our last step is Resolve.
-
Resolving something involves some layer of action, either internally, externally or both.
-
When we’re internally Resolving something, that only involves ourselves. The most common ways to internally Resolve are to a) choose to let it go b) Clear it from your 18 Inches c) change your story around it (<TWA>) d) change your set of behaviors towards it (Persona) and/or e) decide to make a new choice (Choicepoints).
-
When you're externally Resolving something, you're involving someone or something else outside of yourself.
-
For example, if your Reconcile uncovered the involvement of another person, you also could choose to externally Resolve by talking to them. That could look like apologizing, setting new boundaries or simply opening more clear lines of communication.
-
External Resolving is not always necessary. Internal Resolving is usually non-negotiable.
If you want to guided through a way to walk yourself through R -> R -> R:
To Recognize:
-
If something is obviously off, great- your first step is mostly done for you!
-
Ask “what is this”, “where did this come from”, etc to zoom in on the anomaly.
-
You might want to use the Tri-Vector to examine the root. The anomaly, for example, might be tight shoulders, but the root isn’t your body being in stress, it’s the story you’ve been running in your head all day that invited the stress… or that you haven’t been fully in your own 18” and have created unnecessary involvement in and absorption of vibrations from something external.
To Reconcile, ask yourself questions like:
-
What created this? How did that happen?
-
What did I do -or not do - that created and/or allowed this?
-
Why did that happen?
-
Where is the pattern I need to see?
-
What am I telling myself about it? Using <TWA> might help.
-
What set of behaviors did I start using in this situation? Examining Personas might help.
-
What are the extremes in this situation; where is any unwanted duality? Identifying your Ping Pong Ball extremes might help.
To Resolve, try:
-
Making a new Choice (Choicepoints)
-
Changing how you see the situation (<TWA>)
-
Changing your behaviors (Persona)
-
Clearing Your 18” (Clear Your 18”)
