Emotions from a
Tri-Vector Perspective:
Can You Change Them? Can You Choose Them?

Guide Me Through Checking My Emotions!

Guide Me Through Checking My Emotions!

This video is meant to walk you through using the concept of Emotions from a Tri-Vector Perspective.

You might want to skim through the information below before you dive in...

Oh, those fun little things called emotions! They certainly provide contrast and vibrancy to our experience here.

  • They also can get in the way of our Interpretation of our landscape. Ever notice you can perfectly see what a friend needs to do, but they can’t? That’s likely because they’re emotionally attached to the situation, which has the potential to cloud their view.

  • Aside from emotions potentially clouding our Interpretation of Intelligence and Intellect, many people experience emotions they don’t enjoy. Why?

  • The answer is typically about vibration- we tend to not enjoy the feeling of the low vibrational emotions like sadness, grief, frustration, anger, worry, anxiety and fear (among others). (There is more information on Vibration both in Your 18" and in <TWA>)

Regardless of whether or not a person likes the emotions they're experiencing, they do provide helpful information...

To quote Abraham and Esther Hicks- you have two indicators of your momentum- how you feel and what you see. Sometimes, we don't "see" the results we want, and lose trust. Feeling great is an indicator that our efforts are earning progress.

When we don't like how we feel, it's a powerful indicator something is off in our Tri-Vector. Feeling bad is like a neon sign flashing at you- "Look here first! Look here now!".

The question is... are you paying attention and making a new Choice? Or are you wallowing and getting swallowed?

When experiencing lower vibrational emotions, a good goal to set is to simply raise your vibration to neutral.

You can do this by:

  • Evaluating Your Skin Suit. Is it comfortable? Irritated? In pain? It's amazing how even small distractions in the Skin Suit (like being hungry) can influence our mood and momentum.

  • Checking in with your 18 Inches to see if something is pushing in on you, or pushing out

  • If something is pushing out, it’s probably yours. Use <TWA> to Recognize where your mind is encouraging you to feel bad, and to Reconcile and Resolve it (R -> R -> R).

  • If something is pushing in, you might be getting help feeling bad. You can fortify your 18 Inches by Centering in Your 18” and/or by disallowing connections to external sources.

  • You also might need to Clear Your 18" of unneeded vibrations.
