Once you feel calm in BODY and mind, use your 18" to center and deepen into self, or to consciously calibrate your vibration- or both!

Remind yourself that you always have a Choice, and give yourself permission to make new ones.

Think about Neutrality- getting to Neutral is your main objective.

Recognize by asking: what is the core thing creating this discomfort? Keep digging by asking what is behind each answer you get.

Honor the answers you just got- that process is often enough! It's amazing how fast Recognizing, Reconciling and Resolving can go once your body and mind are used to working the concept.

How have I storied this situation with my <Thoughts, Words, Actions>, and how can I tell myself the best possible story that will achieve the best possible outcome?

How have my own habits of behavior affected this situation? What different results would I get if I used another aspect of myself or honored my core Personality?

How have I chosen to stay "stuck" in this emotion, and are there old vibrations that I need to choose to release and Clear from my 18"?

Have I been stuck between what seems like an impossible choice or situation? How can identifying the duality of of my Ping Pong Ball help?

How have I stayed stuck in my Intellect? How can I invite a stronger connection to Intelligence by doing Simple Little Things or Centering in my 18"?

How is my Skin Suit contributing to my discomfort? While RBQT-18" can get you pretty far towards calming your body, there might be other discomforts of your Skin Suit that you need to R->R->R. Are you hungry? Have a headache? These are examples of discomforts can quietly set you back if you aren't paying attention.

Sometimes, it helps to just remember the Directives and Absolutes- you have the opportunity to live in joy and peace, that all of your needs will be met and that things were created to evolve and change. How are you doing on trusting the Absolutes? What can you do to strengthen your trust?
