Think of something recent that was uncomfortable.
Use <TWA> on it by asking yourself:

What am I saying about it? (in my head or out loud)

What actions does that create / what am I doing?

Where did that come from / when did I first see it?

What else would I like to see happen around it?

How else can I “story” it?
Your goal is to Neutralize.
Set aside time to do this once a day about something.
Use whenever you find something uncomfortable.
