Thoughts, Words and Actions (TWA) and their Viewpoints (<) and Vibration (>)

Guide Me Through Using <TWA>!

Guide Me Through Using <TWA>!

This video is meant to walk you through using the concept of Thoughts, Words and Actions... along with their Viewpoints and Vibrations.

You might want to skim through the information below before you dive in...

Have you heard things like “your Thoughts create your reality”, “your mind shapes your body” or simply “Thoughts are things”? What do you think of those concepts?

We believe they’re true! But that they’re not the entire story… otherwise, it would probably feel easier to think something like “I have the wellness and energy of a 25-year-old” and have it immediately be true! But really… consider all your Thoughts… do you want all of them to come to fruition??

Consider this- what if it’s not the Thought that creates the result, it’s the Vibration? So far, we’ve talked a lot in sections like Your 18” about how your Skin Suit is a Vibrational interpreting device.

Is it possible your Skin Suit is also Vibrational broadcasting device? If so, how do you purposefully create your Vibrational output?

Let's start with Thoughts.

  • Think about a Thought you think that you don’t enjoy, like getting angry at someone you love. If you could define it as a noise, what would that noise sound like? Perhaps a growl or a groan?

  • Now think about a Thought you do enjoy, like how excited you are to see an old friend. What would that Thought sound like? Perhaps a squeal?

  • It’s easy to see that “lower” Thoughts often sound- Vibrate- lower and “higher” Thoughts often sound- Vibrate- higher.

We hope you agree. That this makes perfect sense and you’re 100% onboard with the idea of “Thoughts have Vibration, and different Thoughts Vibrate differently”. Now what?

Now let's consider Words.

Masaru Emoto has famous photos of the molecular structure of water, after saying or attaching different words to different containers of water. His team observed that words that are more pleasant (like thank you or truth) typically create water with pleasant structures, like beautiful snowflakes, while words that are less pleasant (like fool or disgusting) create chaotic structures.

How does this happen? Many people concluded it’s a result of the Vibration- Words have Vibrations.

Let's check out an example:

  • What do you think would happen if in your head, your Thoughts say “this promotion is mine- I know I’m a great fit for the job!” but you’re saying things to your coworkers like “well, I suppose I could apply, John would be great for it but maybe I’m also ready”.

  • How do you think those Words affect the powerful Vibration of your original Thought?

  • What if instead, you told your coworkers, “I would like that job, so I’m going to go for it”?

  • Of course, it’s also always an option to say nothing out loud and keep your powerful Thoughts and Words in your own head!

Sounds like Words have a couple of implications… like it matters what Words you say out loud, as well as what Words are in the Thoughts inside of your own head…

Let’s also look at Actions.

  • In that same example about the promotion, what if your Thoughts and Words said you wanted the job, but you didn’t apply?

  • Or if you started doing things on the job that made it hard to consider you for a promotion, like consistently coming in late?

  • On the contrary, what if you proactively took Actions to prepare yourself for the new role in advance?

How do you think consistency or inconsistency with your Thoughts/Words and Actions matter?

On the topic of consistency… do you think those around you can feel it when your Words say one thing but there is a different Vibration coming from your Thoughts, or they see you take Actions that don't match your Words? How do you think that affects their perception of your honesty or authenticity?

When considering the Vibrations you create with Thoughts Words and Actions, ask yourself:

How strong is the Vibration?

  • Feel into the Vibration of “I agree” versus “I don’t disagree”. Which one feels like the stronger Vibration to you?

  • You likely notice that “I agree” has a stronger Vibration, and it trends more toward a “positive” Vibration where “I don’t disagree” feels less strong, more neutral.

  • This just as easily go the opposite direction. Have you ever had a strong Thought (which was creating Vibration whether you realized it or not) but it was headed in a way that didn’t feel as good? What kind of momentum do you think it created?

Do my Vibrations match?

  • A huge piece of the TWA formula is the idea of consistency; does the Vibration of your Thoughts match the Vibration of your Words and Actions?

  • We often focus on one piece of the formula, and then are confused when we don't get the result we wanted.

When your Vibrations are each strong, and they all match, you're creating some pretty strong Vibrational momentum.

We hope you still agree. That this makes perfect sense and you’re 100% onboard with the idea of “Thoughts, Words and Actions all create Vibration, different Thoughts, Words and Actions vibrate differently, and to get my best result, I want them to match and create momentum in the direction I wanted them to go”.

What if something still isn’t right, and you’re having a hard time placing it?

Sounds like it’s time to examine your Viewpoint.

  • Viewpoints (<TWA) are the foundation of all your Thoughts, Words and Actions. They are the way you believe things “should” be.

  • Using the promotion example, let’s say deep down, you don’t believe you would be given the promotion because [you haven’t worked there long enough, they prefer managers with a degree you don’t have, fill in your own blank].

  • Let’s say you consistently had Thoughts and Words of “I’m great for this job” but were running the underlying Viewpoint that you aren’t who they want? What do you think that would do to your overall Vibration?

As you can see, many times, your underlying Viewpoint shapes your Thoughts, Words and Actions- and sometimes can work against your great Thoughts, Words and Actions without you consciously realizing it.

Sometimes by just identifying your current Viewpoint and adopting a new one, you can shift everything else.

To adjust your Viewpoint, ask yourself:

  • What other way could I see this?

  • What else could be true?

  • If I were an outside observer, what other Viewpoint could I identify?

Choose a new Viewpoint. Or new Thoughts. Or new Words. Or new Actions. Line them all up, make sure they match and are vibrating in the direction you want to go.

It really is that easy! You don't even have to choose the most positive, optimistic <TWA> possible. They simply need to get you to Neutral, at least for now.

How does this look in action?

Start with an RBQT-18”.

  • Acknowledge you always have a choice. Even in situations you don’t like or feel you didn’t choose, you can still choose what you tell yourself about it, which affects how you feel about it and ultimately, the Actions you take.

Next, ask yourself:

  • What am I thinking about this? What Vibration is that creating?

  • What am I saying about it? What Vibration is that creating?

  • What actions am I taking (or not taking)? What Vibration is that creating?

  • Are my Thoughts, Words and Actions aligned? Why or why not?

  • What is my underlying Viewpoint? What other Viewpoint I can choose that will help me uplevel my Thoughts, Words and Actions?

  • If there is a mismatch anywhere in <TWA>, adjust everything to the highest and best version of your truth you can believe.
